All Services
Toronto interlock repair services, all of them
Nine kinds of work, and most jobs are one or two of them rather than all nine. This page lists every service with what it covers, so you can find the one that matches what your surface is actually doing before you call anyone.
- Priced per service, not bundled
- Base opened before a quote
- Drainage quoted separately
Where To Start
Most people need two of these, not nine
The commonest combination by a wide margin is a re-levelling with new joint sand, because the thing that settled the pavers is usually the same water that emptied the joints.
After that it is a re-levelling with a drainage correction, where the surface is being fed by a downspout or a grade that runs the wrong way.
Everything else on this page tends to arrive on its own: a step that has gone uneven, a wall that has started to lean, a surface that wants cleaning and sealing. If you are not sure which applies, the shape of the problem usually tells you.
A whole area dipping is base work, individual stones at different heights is bedding work, and joints that keep emptying in a line is water. Start with interlock re-levelling, look at joint repair alongside it, and check drainage repair if the same spot keeps coming back.

Service questions from Toronto owners
Asked before most first visits.
Re-levelling, joint repair, sealing and a wall cap fix, all from one company over two years. Every job done in the right order.
From the first site visit to the final sweep, one crew and one contact. That made a messy patio problem simple.
Whatever the job, it starts with lifting a paver and looking at the base. That habit is why their quotes are right.
They do the whole range so nobody blames the other contractor. Drainage, pavers and the wall were all fixed together.

Winter and Salt
Why Toronto Driveways Settle After Winter Thaw
Every spring, Toronto property owners find sunken pavers and cracked joints where the surface looked fine in November. Freeze-thaw cycles exploit weak base layers, and snow masks the damage until it melts.

Drainage

Joint Repair
Why Joints Sink in Older Toronto Interlock Driveways
Most 1990s and 2000s driveways were laid without edge restraint, and the joints have been losing sand ever since. Understanding that migration is the first step toward a repair that holds.
