Booking re-levelling and joint work across Toronto through the frost-free season

Service Areas

Interlock repair across Toronto and nearby

We cover the city and the communities around it. Travel affects when we can get to you more than what the work costs, and if you are beyond the range we say so on the phone rather than after booking a visit.

  • One crew, one standard
  • Travel affects scheduling, not price
  • We say when you are outside the range

Local Conditions

What actually varies between neighbourhoods

The trade is the same everywhere but the failure pattern is not. Older established streets have mature trees, so lifted walkways there are more often roots than frost.

Newer subdivisions have settlement traced back to builder backfill that was never compacted to the standard of undisturbed ground, which shows up first at the garage threshold and against the foundation.

Rural and village properties are usually about access, because a long run from the road decides how base material gets to the work and that is most of the labour. None of this changes the repair, it changes what we look for first and how the visit is priced.

See what walkway levelling involves with roots, how porch repair handles backfill, and what re-levelling costs when access is difficult.

How It Runs

Four steps from call to quote

  1. Tell us the address

It decides scheduling rather than price, and if you are outside the range we say so on the call rather than after booking.

  2. Describe what it is doing

Dipping, rocking, opening joints or standing water. It tells us what to bring and roughly how long to allow.

  3. We come and look

Somebody walks the surface, checks the fall, measures the access and opens a test spot. No charge either way.

  4. You get it in writing

A range with what moves it, the cause named, and drainage on its own line if any is needed.

Common Questions

Service area questions from Toronto owners

Asked on most first calls.

Not for the work. Distance affects when we can schedule you rather than the price, and on a long run we try to group it with other jobs in the same area.
We will tell you on the call rather than booking a visit and cancelling. Where we can, we will point you at somebody who does cover it.
Yes. The question there is usually access rather than distance, because a long run from the road decides how base material reaches the work and that is most of the labour.
Yes, and it is worth asking. Property managers and neighbours who book together share the mobilisation, which comes off everyone number.
Estimates usually within a week in season. The work itself depends on the book, and early spring fills fastest because that is when winter damage shows.
We take them, we just do not dig. Quotes and site visits carry on while the ground is workable, and the work itself goes into the spring list. Booking in January usually means an earlier date than calling in May.

We are at the edge of their area and they still came, on time, at the same price as in town.

They handle both our house and our rental in different neighbourhoods on one account. One invoice, one contact.

Asked if they served our street before booking. They checked, said yes, and the crew arrived Thursday.
